Fair questions

About the pricing.

Because the setup is the service. Your Directive is built with an account manager in guided sessions, documenting accounts, wishes and nominees, encrypting attachments and generating your signed Directive and certificate. The fee covers that concierge work plus your entire first year of membership.
Custody and currency: encrypted storage of your Directive, your twice-yearly check-ins, your support buffer, multi-channel monitoring and alerts, and the activation workflow standing ready, including Guided Executor Support when the time comes.
A Directive only protects your family if it's current and standing when it's needed. The two-year minimum keeps the plan alive through at least three check-in cycles, long enough to be genuinely settled, not a document that quietly expires.
Yes. After the first year, Individual renews at $699 / year or $69 / month, and Family at $1,499 / year or $145 / month. You choose annual or monthly at checkout. Setup itself is split in two: half when you order and the balance when your Directive is complete. Business and complex engagements are scoped individually.
Included concierge time you can use for anything, any year. An extra check-in after a big life change, help documenting a new asset, or a question that needs a real person. Individual plans include one hour a year; Family plans include two.
